We assemble your devices and systems at ESD-safe workstations according to clearly defined specifications. In addition to series and contract manufacturing, we offer KANBAN, Just-in-Time, and Just-in-Sequence supply concepts that can be integrated into your existing workflows.
Testing and traceability
You determine which tests are required. Depending on the project, we perform visual inspections, electrical tests, or functional tests according to a defined test plan.
We can document final inspections and record serial numbers, batch numbers, test results, and other relevant process data for each product to ensure traceability throughout production.
If your project is subject to specific regulatory requirements, we take the relevant provisions of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or IATF 16949 into account.
